We work on a system of continuous improvement. That means we are always looking for ways to make our services better in order to meet the expectations of our clients.

We always start by listening, to make sure we fully understand what you want from us, and from your life, and then we create a care plan that will help you live the way you want to.

We will carry out an initial Needs and Risk Assessment to determine the level of Care you require. We’ll then set up a Care Plan and Team, and introduce you to each team member – from main and backup Care Worker to Care Managers. We carry out regular reviews of the Care Plan to make sure it is always relevant to what you need.

The little things can make such a big difference – having someone to chat to, and a helping hand with the housework or getting out and about. And if you need more full-time care, we can do that too, and give you the support you need to carry on living in your own home.
